Great little book!!!

This is a great little book full of ideas that help you create a toy that your cat will love. Perfect price too!
How to make your world revolve around your cat!

I was disappointed in this book. Although the content was informative and the book was inexpensive, I found the ideas unrealistic unless you want life to be dominated by the needs of cats. I found the format boring.
Save your furniture and thrill your cat too!

Lura Rogers offers expert advice on choosing safe, suitable accessories for your cat, including cat beds, cat condos, cat trees, scratching posts, toys, and catnip-stuffed mice. She also gives tips for making kitty accessories with little expense, selecting items that best suit your cat's personality, and choosing the right location for cat structures in your home.

A section on catnip and other greens for cats is included.
Not worth the money to return

I was very excited about this book, as a lifelong cat owner. It is not a book, but a pamphlet. It's thin and unoriginal. Who doesn't know that you can buy cat trees or beds or grow your own catnip? I was expecting design specs or instructions (how big a base should a cat tree have to support a certain height or number of shelves?) and got neither, except for a pattern for a "catnip mouse" which is an oval. Cut one out and fold it in half and stitch. I just saved you $3.95 + SH.

I did find some great patterns for cat houses and trees on the Internet, if you search under "free woodworking patterns" and scroll through. I have yet to find a book of them. Please consider a shelter cat; the Petfinder service has thousands of them.
